Product Description

Cocoa Crunchy uses malt extract as raw material, is compounded with maltitol, cocoa powder, whole egg powder. Making into mixture of crystals and powder via vacuum drying.

Sensory Characteristics

Appearance: mixture of crystals and powder, no impurities and mould.

Smell and Taste: typical natural and pleasant malt fragrance, crisp and chocolate flavor tasty, less sweet.

Application

In Bakery and Ice-creams/Gelato and Yoghurt.

Packaging

Dried: 20.8kg/box packs in two separated paper bags in kraft paper drum.
